Flexible Learning Foundations: Responding and Reimagining Education in the Philippines

Continuity of Education Philippines (Cohort 2)

With a tripartite agreement of the U.S. Embassy Manila, the Commission of Higher Education Philippines, and the Texas International Education Consortium, this project support the focus on building the capacity of the university-level instructors, faculty and administrators to provide quality professional development to enable successful, engaging and high quality online instruction. Given the enormous challenges facing higher education institutions, and in view of the potential benefits of vibrant and sustainable e-learning programs to provide access to higher education for millions of Filipino students, the overall objective of this proposed project is to contribute to greater accessibility, satisfaction, and learning outcomes in Filipino higher education in the form of high-quality online courses.
